I’m in-network with Anthem, BCBS, Premera, and Lifewise. Superbills can be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Private Pay

$175 for the initial session and $150 for each 53-minute individual session thereafter. Couples and family therapy are $175 for each 53-minute session.

Support Groups

Sliding Scale Pricing Explained
We believe that access to support should be equitable and reflect individual financial circumstances. Our sliding scale allows participants to choose the rate that best aligns with their financial situation.

$25 – Equity Rate: This rate is for those with lower income, facing financial hardship, or experiencing systemic barriers.
$50 – Supported Rate: This rate covers basic needs but requires financial mindfulness. It’s ideal for those who can afford essentials but may need assistance in prioritizing self-care.
$75 – Standard Rate: This rate reflects the true cost of the support group and is suited for individuals who can comfortably meet their financial obligations.
$100 – Pay It Forward Rate: This rate is for those with expendable income who wish to support accessibility for others by helping subsidize lower-cost participation.

Each contribution helps sustain a compassionate and accessible space for healing and connection. Choose the rate that feels right for you.

Consultation

A free 15-minute conversation to see what your needs are, discuss the possibilities of working together, and determine if the therapist and the client are a good fit. I can refer you to another provider if needed.

Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Full session fee will be charged for all late cancellation and missed appointments.

Weekly sessions are an important part of the therapeutic process. If you have to miss a session, I encourage you to see if we are able to reschedule.

Payment Policy

Payment/copay is due at the beginning of each session.

All major credit cards are accepted.

A credit card is required to be kept on file.
